Grit Guard® Washboard – Advanced Wash Media Cleaning System

The Grit Guard® Washboard works alongside the Grit Guard® Insert (sold separately) to aggressively release dirt, sand, and abrasive debris from your wash mitt or pad before it ever returns to your paint.

Engineered with a textured, angled surface and no flat areas to trap contamination, the Washboard allows you to scrub your wash media using a downward motion that pulls embedded grit away from fibers. Once released, contaminants fall below the Insert and settle safely at the bottom of the bucket — away from your mitt and away from your finish.

Dirt and grit trapped in your wash mitt are a primary cause of swirl marks and micro-marring. Using the Washboard together with the Grit Guard® Insert significantly reduces the risk of reintroducing abrasive particles to your paint, helping you maintain a safer, swirl-free wash process.
