This high-tech line of foam buffing pads will revolutionize the way you polish your car, truck, boat, or RV. CCS Waffle Foam Pads were developed exclusively for McKee's 37 and our marine division, Nautical One. From heavy cutting to ultra-fine polishing and everything in between, the CCS Waffle Foam Pad System will make your vehicle shine! CCS stands for collapsed cell structure. You'll find the CCS foam integration between the raised "waffle" section of each pad. The CCS foam design helps prevent excess product from being absorbed into the face of the pad, reducing the amount of product you need. Another benefit of the CCS foam design is keeping the surface wet with polish. Not only does this provide additional lubrication to help prevent marring, it provides a longer working time for your compound or polish of choice.

The tapered design of each CCS Foam Waffle Pad features an industry-exclusive 35 degree beveled edge. This helps ensure the pad stays flat as you polish a section of your vehicle. The high-density foam helps the pad retain its shape and mechanical cutting abilities, even after extended polishing sessions. The thin profile (7/8 inch thick!) maximizes pad rotation! ACT (Advanced Cooling Technology) prevents heat from building up by circulating air through the center vent, creating a pad that lasts longer. Pads paired with McKee's 37 polishes and compounds will last even longer! McKee's 37 CCS Waffle Foam Buffing Pads are compatible with all styles of dual action and rotary polishers, including forced rotation and long-throw orbitals! CCS Waffle Foam Pad System consists of 4 colors:

GREY -The grey pad is dense, firm, and very coarse. Use this pad with an aggressive compound to remove serious paint defects such as sanding scratches, deep scratches, oxidation, and weathered paint. It works exceptionally well on gel coat and fiberglass.

ORANGE - The orange pad offers excellent versatility depending on how much cut you're looking for. Use this pad with a polishing compound or medium grade polish depending on the level of polishing action you want to achieve. It will remove severe compounding haze, deep swirl marks, and weathered paint. The orange pad pairs nicely with Nautical One Gloss Restoring Polish.

BLUE - The blue pad has a less dense foam formula for the application of cleaner waxes, polishes, and light compounds depending on the surface (paint, gel coat, etc). This pad has very light cutting power so it's perfect for cleaning up compounding haze on colored gel coat.

BLACK - Use the black pad with medium grade polish to remove light swirl marks and light compounding haze. Use this pad with a finishing polish to create a high-gloss, swirl-free shine. The black pad can also be used to a apply a wax or sealant. CCS Waffle Foam Pad System utilize hook and loop velcro backing.
